Kelly leads our Franchise Team, serving Quick Service and Fast Casual brands. She is a finance and operations professional with nearly two decades of experience helping businesses strengthen financial systems and improve day-to-day operations.
She has worked across the restaurant, retail, and manufacturing industries, bringing a practical, hands-on approach to financial management and operational efficiency.
In addition to her leadership roles, Kelly has also been a small business owner, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges of running and growing a business. Her background combines financial expertise with operational perspective, helping organizations improve processes, increase visibility, and make informed decisions.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys watching her three kids compete in sports and exploring state parks with her husband.
