Elizabeth brings a diverse background in public service, nonprofit work, and entrepreneurship.
She began her career in government, working with both the U.S. House of Representatives and the Wisconsin State Senate, where she supported legislative operations and coordinated constituent outreach.
She later transitioned into the nonprofit sector and business ownership, gaining hands-on experience in operations, client service, and business management. At BTBK, she focuses on strengthening internal systems and improving operational efficiency as the firm continues to grow.
Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys traveling with her family, hiking, and camping, and is always happiest near salt water and palm trees.
