Born in January 2024, Alfie is BTBK’s resident Bernedoodle and an important member of the team. His responsibilities include boosting morale, supervising snack breaks, greeting visitors, and providing emotional support during month-end close.
While he has yet to master Excel, Alfie excels in biscuit management and making sure everyone takes an occasional paws from the chaos.
His leadership style is collaborative, treat-motivated, and focused on keeping the workplace happy.
